The president of the UPNFM Hermes Díaz and the Ambassador of Taiwan Ingrid Hsing signed a letter that certifies the UPNFM as the first accredited Honduran institution to apply the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL). The director of the UPNFM Hermes Díaz officially welcomed volunteer teacher Donghyeon Lee, who will be here for two years in this institution's Languages Center teaching Korean. Professor Donghyeon Lee is a volunteer of the organization (KOICA) Friends of the World, which sends experts from different fields of study to different parts of the world. The UPNFM thanks the KOICA organization for this special partnership with the institution since Professor Lee is the only volunteer assigned in the capital city.
