Anastasiia Nikulenko is Academic Director at the Foreign Language Training Center of ITMO University. She graduated from Vitebsk State University (Belarus)  in 2002 with a degree in teaching English and German. Besides her sixteen-year career in teaching foreign languages in different educational institutions in Belarus and Russia, she also has worked as an Academic Operations Manager Assistant and a Director of Studies for International Language Center. She teaches courses in General English and Academic Writing. Bladimir Rivera, M.A. (Adviser) - Panama City, Panama (Maritime Language Center)

Bladimir has been an English teacher in higher education level for over 25 years. Over the last 15 years, he has worked for the International Maritime University of Panama at the Maritime Language Center as general English Instructor and as an E.S.P. teacher, mainly teaching maritime technical English for naval engineers and deck officers.  He was the former academic coordinator of their department for 5 years, and he is currently the director for the language center. Carlos Mejía is the Academic and Project Director of the English Programs at the Instituto Hondureño de Cultura Interamericana (IHCI) in Honduras. He has worked there since 2008 and works with a diverse range of projects and programs. He previously worked with World Vision and before that was a high school teacher. Dr. Cristina Pérez-Guillot, Senior Lecturer of Business English at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Department of Applied Linguistics. Head of the UPV Language Centre (Spain) and President of ACLES (Spanish Association of Language Centres in Higher Education). Gloria Ulloa has her Master´s in TESOL and her PHD in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Southern Illinois. She has been an instructor of EFL for more than 25 years and currently is the Director of the Languages Center at the UPNFM. Her research interests include language centers, writing centers, and the development of writing skills of ESL students. She is also the Coordinator of the INLCP. Dr. Rodríguez Bulnes holds a PhD in Education from the University of Birmingham in England. She has a MS in Higher Education and a BA in English Translation by the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León where she is a full time professor. Her teaching experience and research interests are foreign language teacher education in English, Spanish and French as foreign languages as well as national and international accreditation and certification of educational programs and institutions. Chaz Brown, M.A. currently works as the Director of the International Education Office at the Universidad Tecnológica de la Costa Grande de Guerrero and is the President of the English Academy. Diego Carlos Diaz Alvarado holds an English Bachelors’s degree from UPNFM and an Applied Linguistics graduate degree from Southern Illinois University. He has worked as an instructor of all levels of ESL/EFL for over nine years. At the moment he is coordinating the English program at UPNFM- Centro Universitario Regional at Santa Rosa de Copan. He is an active researcher on the methods of successful teaching of ESL grammar and reading strategies.

Dr. Elena I. Arkhipova has her PhD in Education, is an Associate Professorand is the Head of the English Department at Kalashnikov ISTU (since 2008 until now). She has taught English as a foreign language at the University for more than 20 years. Неr expertise and research areas include advanced EFL teaching technologies at a non-linguistic University, team teaching, blended learning, ESP, CLIL; organizing and conducting scientific events on problematic issues in methodology of teaching foreign languages, students' conferences and diverse language contests; and developing EFL teaching materials and programs. Fernanda is the Director of the Language Centre at Universidad Católica del Uruguay. She is an experienced teacher, teacher-educator, material´s designer, administrator, Centre Exam Manager for Cambridge Assessment English, Educational and Clinical Psychologist and consultant to different institutions and organizations. Her postgraduate and Master´s studies have focused on Organizational Change and Organizational Studies, and her other areas of research and interest include assessment, pedagogy, and sociolinguistics. Dr. Jennifer Smith’s main area of research is modern Spanish literature and culture. In addition to having published a wide array of articles, Dr. Smith has edited two anthologies—Modern Spanish Women as Agents of Change (Bucknell UP, forthcoming), Intersections of Race, Class, Gender, and Nation in Fin-de-Siècle Spanish Literature and Culture (Routledge, 2017)—and Emilia Pardo Bazán's Insolación (Cervantes & Co., 2011). José is the head professor of the Agriculture Faculty of San Carlos de Guatemala University. His specialty is in institution development and implementation of superior education from Germany and he is also a former Fulbright scholar. He is president of the English Teacher’s Association of Guatemala. In the last ten years he has promoted English language teaching at national level through University Centers of San Carlos de Guatemala University. Additionally, he implemented the Bachelor’s Degree of Linguistics Science and majors in Translation and Interpreting at the University. Ms. Ivanova graduated from a high school with advanced placement English in 2003 and entered the department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of BSTU "Voenmekh" named after D.F. Ustinov, from which she graduated with honors in 2009. Kristina Ivanova has been working in the field of higher education since 2004 and now carries out administrative work along with teaching EFL. Her areas of expertise are creating and developing efficient syllabi of ESP and EAP courses for postgrads and teaching staff as well as EFL programs for bachelor students. Libor Stepanek is Assistant Professor in English and Director of the Masaryk University Language Centre, Brno, Czech Republic. His broad international teaching experience and teacher training activities include EAP soft skills such as intercultural communication, critical thinking and videoconferencing, however, his main academic interest lies in creativity and Creative Approach to Language Teaching (CALT). He is also an editor, author and co-author of a number of materials, online courses and publications, as well as being a blogger.

Nélida is currently the coordinator of the English Academy at Universidad de Tarapacá. She has been working in this university since 2005: first at the Department of Foreign Languages teaching English Phonology and later on in 2006 as a teacher for the English Academy. In 2007, she received her Master’s degree in Teaching English.

Currently Yuri is the Coordinatior of the English Program in San Pedro Sula and the contact there for the Language Center. He studied at the Instituto Tecnico Luis Bogran in Tegucigalpa. About the INLCP

The International Network for Language Centers and Programs is an group of 16 language centers and programs from 12 different countries. It was officialy formed in 2016 by the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán, and managed by the Languages Center that is a part of the UPNFM.
